PRIVACY POLICY

At Elizabeth Noar Physiotherapy, also known as North Berwick Physiotherapy, we are committed to respecting your privacy and to complying with applicable data protection and privacy laws. We have a Privacy Policy which sets out what information we hold about you, how this is used and how we store this. This policy is published on our website and a copy is also made available in the surgery’s waiting room. If you have any queries, please do raise these with us.

ACCESS TO YOUR RECORDS

By law, the data in your physiotherapy notes and reports belongs to you. Under Data Protection and Access to Health Records laws, you are entitled to know what information is held about you, and to ask for that information to be amended, if it is factually incorrect. If you wish to receive a copy of any of your reports this needs to be requested in writing to the Practice Manager, 32 Macnair Avenue, North Berwick EH39 4QY.

CANCELLATION POLICY
​
Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments, unless of course this is due to illness. Failure to give 24 hour notice will incur a fee charged at the appointment rate.
